JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with social media and solid experience working with global KOLs/bloggers.
Wide knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools (analytics, meta, Trello, Notion, et cetera)
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
Comfortable working outside office hours (for live footage of events/daily footage)
Established relationships with global KOL/Bloggers is a plus.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills
Applicants Must be willing work in Tangerang.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide new and innovative ideas for KOL collaboration, social media.
Collect important data and analysis for KOL collaboration purposes.
Collaborate with at least 10 Micro KOLs, 3 macro to mega KOLs/Bloggers per week (can decrease/increase depending on workload/event calendar)
Manage all KOL inquiries (brief, Coordination with operational team for KOL’s compliment, Content follow ups + data collection, report)
Daily and weekly report
Supporting and organizing all social media team’s activity (Google Calendar arrangement, track the meeting, organized database, admin)
Assist the team with collecting live footage of daily contents, events, others (for IGS), ad-hoc (willing to work on weekends/outside working hours)
Creating, modifying if needed, any related Social Media report
