Job description

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum Diploma degree from any related major
  • Have experience as Purchasing or Procurement at least 2-3 years in F&B industry.
  • Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets.
  • Ability to source new vendor and suppliers - for F&B and Projects
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Purchase goods/materials with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
  • Perform the purchase process starting from the request letter from the user, negotiating price bid, preparing administrative completeness, to control the accuracy of the arrival of the purchase.
  • Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities.
  • Prepare reports and updates as when required, and make sure purchase orders and order schedules.
  • Data collection of suppliers in terms of price, accuracy and readiness of shipping and the quality of goods offered as data to select suppliers.
  • Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
  • Looking for vendors / suppliers of the items used by the company including selecting, interviews, and competitive bidding to determine the compatibility of goods and credit terms
  • Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.
